There are 3 easy ways to make a gift in memory:
- Make a secure online donation; or
- Call us on 1300 194 196 and we will quickly take your donation over the phone; or
- Print, complete and return our In Memoriam form to Stroke Foundation, Level 7 461 Bourke St Melbourne VIC 3000.
How to organise donations in memory of your loved one
Either your funeral director can organise this for you, or you can contact us directly for a supply of special donation envelopes to be available at the funeral. Simply call us on 1300 194 196 or email us at supporter@strokefoundation.com.au
We will send a letter and receipt to every person who makes an In Memoriam donation. An acknowledgement letter will be sent to the family, along with the names of the people who made a donation.
